# ManiMani Portfolio

Updated: 2026-10-11
Accepted weekly direction: October 12–18, 2026. Source: 7e0836ae-194c-4f7c-a97d-2da681976461. Supersedes preparation-only status and the October 11 automated planning proposal. Prior versions remain recoverable.

## Weekly North Star

Increase publishing throughput and evidence-driven discovery: submit at least 2 new Tapps ports (stretch 4–5), submit at least 1 ManiMani original for Poki Player Fit, start the four selected CrazyGames Basic Launch submissions, and advance Market Watch snapshot collection.

## Success signals

- At least 2 new Tapps game submissions during October 12–18; stretch 4–5. Select from MyBoo, My Grumpy, Cat Evolution, Wedding Salon Dash, League Of Gamers and Mine Quest 2 after repository readiness review.
- At least 1 new Poki Player Fit submission from Cat Basketball/Kitty Keep-Up or Fruits Inc 3, selected by implementation readiness, remaining effort and capacity.
- Start CrazyGames Basic Launch submissions from the fixed set: Matchy Cat, Peggy’s Party, Merge Healing Shards and Merge Jetpack Zombie. Record exact builds, submission dates and portal statuses.
- Advance Market Watch toward reliable collection and comparison of timestamped Poki/CrazyGames listing and ranking snapshots; document collection findings and remaining reliability gaps.

## Execution order and review context

- Inspect the six linked Tapps repositories and compare orientation, porting obstacles, remaining work and likely time to submission; select at least two with additional titles as stretch.
- Assess current Cat Basketball implementation alongside Fruits Inc's existing phased experiment; choose the shortest credible path to one new Player Fit test without inventing build readiness.
- Prepare the four selected CrazyGames packages in readiness order: exact baseline, clean build without Poki dependencies, compatibility check and marketing including video. Basic Launch scope does not require CrazyGames SDK integration.
- Identify Merge Healing Shards repository/build and Poki comparator; do not substitute Animal Shards Idle.
- Advance Market Watch through a small reliable collection/comparison investigation; record findings rather than inventing coverage or delivery estimates.
- Reconcile user-reported prior Tapps submissions with dated records; review October 5–11 separately and do not retroactively apply this new goal.
- Reviewer must read current North Star dates, canonical portfolio and target cycle 2026-10-18. Historical board questions do not override approved weekly priorities.

## Scope boundaries

- Do not commit specific Tapps titles before repository inspection or redesign original mobile gameplay beyond necessary web compatibility.
- Do not automatically select Fruits Inc over Cat Basketball; preserve Fruits Inc's existing user-authored experiment plan.
- Do not add CrazyGames candidates or reopen gameplay work beyond necessary compatibility, packaging and marketing.
- Do not add My Pet Shop, Color Cat Care or other backlog decisions as weekly delivery targets unless they directly unblock this plan.
- Keep Market Watch outside the MM-DOS game catalog.
- Do not treat submission as approval, launch or receipt of results; missing imported evidence does not prove missing delivery.

## Established project context

The six Tapps candidate repository links are stored on their existing-IP records. All remain candidates until inspection; no porting estimates or orientation claims are established.

Fruits Inc 3 retains its user-updated Phased Gameplay Variation and Early Fleet draft. No game record changes are authorized by this portfolio update. Cat Basketball remains a separate draft experiment within Kitty Keep-Up, referencing Basketball Legends 2020 solo training. Its implementation readiness is unverified. Prior juggling tests remain historical; Túlio clarified California Games II whereas older stored text says California Games/NES Foot Bag. Preserve correction provenance and raw evidence.

The four CrazyGames experiments are approved and Experiment Ready, meaning experiment setup rather than completed submission preparation. Preserve existing gameplay and Poki evidence. Merge Healing Shards repository/build and comparator remain unidentified. Original Merge Jetpack Zombie is distinct from Territory. Peggy's busy-opening hypothesis remains unresolved; distribution work does not reject it. User reports marketing preparation recently took 20–30 minutes/game in Tapps work; not a guaranteed estimate for these games.

User reports the previous five Tapps games already submitted to Poki or CrazyGames. Exact dates, artifacts and statuses need reconciliation; missing analytics do not prove non-submission.

## Weekly-cycle interpretation

The active accepted North Star now covers October 12–18. The October 18 planning record is the target-week plan; the October 11 planning record mirrors it as Sunday's handoff. Do not apply either as retrospective targets for October 5–11. The October 11 historical generated review/proposal is preserved, not endorsed. The planner's retrieval and cycle-selection implementation remains unverified. Read approved direction before promoting old backlog recommendations. No conclusion about last week's target attainment is added here.
