# ManiMani Portfolio Updated: 2026-10-10 Source: user-approved preparation for October 12–18, 2026; MM-DOS source 75b7de5a-4dc2-484a-812b-6991580bc3ca. This version supersedes September scheduling priorities. It is preparation for review, not an accepted Weekly North Star. ## Proposed weekly direction Approved preparation for October 12–18, 2026. Direction: increase publishing throughput while advancing evidence-driven game discovery. Minimum two new Tapps submissions; stretch four to five. Six uncommitted candidates: MyBoo, My Grumpy, Cat Evolution, Wedding Salon Dash, League Of Gamers, Mine Quest 2. Existing Tapps IP, preserve original mobile gameplay; inspect repositories for portrait suitability, perceived market potential, porting complexity and time to submission before selecting titles. User reports previous five Tapps projects already submitted to Poki or CrazyGames; exact artifacts, dates and statuses need reconciliation, not inference. At least one new ManiMani original Poki Player Fit submission; compare Kitty Keep-Up/Cat Basketball with Fruits Inc 3 by readiness and capacity. Fruits Inc was updated by user and must remain untouched. Exactly four CrazyGames Basic Launch selections: Matchy Cat, Peggy’s Party, Merge Healing Shards, Merge Jetpack Zombie. Reuse existing approved CrazyGames experiments where present; preserve Poki history. Clean builds without Poki dependencies and marketing materials including video; user specifies no CrazyGames SDK needed for Basic Launch. Recent Tapps marketing preparation took 20–30 minutes/game, a historical observation not a per-game estimate. Start submissions; no numerical minimum specified for this stream. Its experiment is draft, not running or implemented. The saved roadmap separates variations and uses fruitsinc003 as control; review its current context rather than replacing it. Kitty Keep-Up: same project identity, separate Cat Basketball draft experiment. Basketball Legends 2020 solo training is the new primary reference. Prior juggling tests stay attached to their historical experiment. User correction says California Games II; historical MM-DOS wording says California Games/NES Foot Bag. Preserve that discrepancy and correction provenance. Basketball playable readiness is unverified; Shaping until readiness review. ## CrazyGames preparation Exactly four games: Matchy Cat, Peggy’s Party, Merge Healing Shards, Merge Jetpack Zombie. Existing-build audience tests only. Reuse Matchy/Jetpack Basic Launch experiments and add separate experiments for Peggy/Healing Shards. Target Experiment Ready means experiment setup, not a verified build or completed submission. Original Merge Jetpack Zombie is distinct from Jetpack Zombie Territory. Identify exact existing artifacts and Poki comparators; remove Poki dependencies; prepare marketing including video; verify compatibility/portal preview; record submission date, account and status. Capture feedback and engagement later with metric/audience differences. User's recent 20–30 minutes/game marketing observation is not a guaranteed estimate. Merge Healing Shards repository, build and Poki evidence remain missing; do not identify it as Animal Shards Idle. Preserve Peggy's unresolved busy-opening hypothesis and earlier evidence. The August build-first rejection is not a verdict on the later busy-opening test. Matchy and Jetpack historical product questions do not authorize gameplay development in this distribution sprint. ## Market Watch Independent non-game workstream. Identify exact builds and Poki comparators, remove Poki dependencies, prepare marketing including video and record actual submissions. - Resolve Merge Healing Shards repository, existing build and missing Poki evidence; never substitute Animal Shards Idle. - Capture previous five Tapps submission artifacts, dates and portal statuses from user records; user reports completion but missing MM-DOS records do not prove non-submission. - Advance Market Watch outside MM-DOS game catalog: assess collection reliability and compare timestamped portal snapshots. - Resolve any remaining readiness and capacity uncertainty during review before accepting a North Star.
