# ManiMani Portfolio Updated: 2026-09-27 Source: user-approved weekly planning discussion for September 28–October 4. This version supersedes September 21 scheduling priorities while preserving individual game evidence and experiment history in MM-DOS. ## Current Direction Submit two of Breakfast Cooking Time, Space Shooter, and Fruits Inc for Poki Player Fit, and submit 4–5 existing games to CrazyGames, prioritizing games with ready marketing assets. Túlio will evaluate readiness and fastest path to a test before selecting two of the three Poki candidates. No pair is committed yet. CrazyGames selection is ordered by marketing-material readiness. Development and submission work may happen at any time of day; mornings/afternoons are a personal scheduling idea, not a success criterion. There is no fixed one-to-two-day cap on CrazyGames work. Success is two Poki Player Fit submissions and four to five CrazyGames submissions. Platform approval, launch, test completion or feedback need not arrive during the week for the submission goal to count. Record exact builds and actual submission dates/statuses. The operational board represents actual work state. An Experiment Ready CrazyGames card means an eligible existing-build baseline, not a reopened gameplay-development commitment or a completed submission. The candidate pool exceeds the weekly target. ## Poki Candidates — Select Two ### Fruits Inc 3 Existing approved experiment: Farm-to-Pie Fantasy Adaptation. Keep Experiment Ready until implementation actually begins. The experiment tests whether a visible farm/factory chain is easier to understand and more engaging than Peggy's party setting. Reuse Peggy's management foundation and the existing authored fruit-to-juice-to-jelly-to-pie scope. This is a product/fantasy adaptation, not a controlled theme-only experiment. Assess asset and implementation readiness alongside BCT and Space Shooter. Compare directionally with latest Peggy pparty05 (100.01s average, 50s median, 171s P90, 9.8% three-minute reach), retaining older baselines as historical context. ### Breakfast Cooking Time Preserve Royal Cooking Faithful Baseline and existing Implementing state. BCT remains eligible for either Poki slot; it has not been automatically deferred or selected. Assess remaining implementation and build work before choosing the pair. Preserve reference-backed baseline scope; avoid broad meta/progression or speculative reskins. ### Space Shooter Explicit candidate for one of the two Poki slots. Prior portfolio notes describe a partly built, near-testable prototype. Assess actual readiness before commitment. No exact game record was found under this name during this update; do not substitute Pin-Ups vs Scientists or another project. Provisional experiment intent pending game identification: submit the smallest coherent existing Space Shooter baseline for first Poki Player Fit, observing first-session comprehension, engagement and technical health. Do not invent mechanics, a reference, or implementation details before inspecting its current project. ## CrazyGames Existing-Build Batch Target: four to five submissions from the pool below, not all candidates as a mandatory weekly commitment. Túlio has both Tapps and ManiMani credentials and reports the candidate builds are straightforward and below 50 MB. Marketing material is expected to be the main effort; prioritize ready assets. Use Basic Launch without mandatory CrazyGames SDK integration. Make only required compatibility fixes and submission materials; preserve existing gameplay, progression, economy and onboarding. Record chosen version, submission date, account/publisher and portal status. Capture review feedback and performance later, documenting measurement differences rather than treating Poki and CrazyGames metrics as interchangeable. Full Launch integration is outside this first-test scope. ### Tapps All already-ported Tapps games are eligible. Identified MM-DOS candidates: - My Pet Shop - Mine Quest - Money Tree - Deep Web Idle - Do Not Disturb 2 My Pet Shop's separate Poki Web Fit evaluation remains valid; preserve its experiment. Mine Quest's running instrumentation-only Poki experiment remains valid; do not bundle Home bypass or cutscene changes into the CrazyGames baseline. Money Tree and Deep Web Idle no longer require SDK integration before Basic Launch. Do Not Disturb 2's gameplay development remains paused despite eligibility for this new portal test. ### ManiMani - Merge Jetpack Zombie: existing lane/action baseline; do not substitute Jetpack Zombie Territory. - Matchy Cat: existing-build portal test only; product development remains paused. - Feed the Cat Food Sort: existing-build portal test only; progression development remains paused. - Merge Healing Shards: possible candidate pending exact project/build identification and marketing readiness. No exact game record was found under this name; do not assume Animal Shards Idle is the same game. ## Paused Product Work and Open Decisions ### Peggy's Party Temporary fresh-perspective pause, represented as Waiting. The busy-opening experiment has evidence available and remains unresolved; no hypothesis rejection or permanent abandonment has been approved. The August 31 build-first onboarding rejection is historical and must not be reused as a verdict on September's busy-opening experiment. pparty05 improved directionally versus the specified pparty03 baseline. This does not establish viability or causality, but warrants preserving the possibility of easy testable hypotheses. Revisit later, potentially informed by Fruits Inc learning. No new Peggy implementation is scheduled this week. ### Feed the Cat Food Sort Túlio reports that the quick buyable-upgrade test did not yield a useful actionable direction. Close that iteration as inconclusive and pause further progression development. Do not infer exact tested-build attribution from the latest imported build006 alone; the stored chronology needs reconciliation before a build-specific quantitative claim. CrazyGames testing remains eligible as a separate existing-build audience test. ### Matchy Cat and Color Cat Care Matchy Cat product iteration remains paused; only its existing-build CrazyGames baseline is eligible. Color Cat Care stays parked and was not added to this week's submission pool. Preserve their control/comprehension and boredom learning as reference evidence. ### Jetpack Direction Jetpack Zombie Territory stays Decision Pending with no new implementation scheduled. A CrazyGames baseline for the original Merge Jetpack Zombie does not settle Territory's cost-benefit decision or authorize a new merge-depth redesign. ### Other Opportunities Keep Dress-Up using Peggy/Brega assets, Pin-Ups vs Scientists and other undeclared opportunities out of this week's implementation commitments. The prior Fruits Inc/BCT cooking-reskin relationship remains on hold; Fruits Inc 3 is the approved Peggy-derived farm/factory experiment. ## Operating Principle Concentrate new product development on the selected two Poki games. Gain additional audience evidence cheaply from existing builds on CrazyGames. Judge the week by delivered submissions, keep experimental conclusions separate from scheduling decisions, and preserve unresolved hypotheses without letting every candidate become active development.
