Week Ending 2026-10-18
Review
highA good week with partial completion of the Weekly North Star: three Tapps games advanced to Poki review, Fruits Inc progressed through further testing and analysis, and Peggy’s Party produced useful learning before Túlio chose to park it. The planned ManiMani CrazyGames builds were not submitted, so the overall North Star was not fully completed.
Highlights
- Advanced three Tapps web ports—MyBoo, My Grumpy and Wedding Salon Dash—to Poki review/waiting. These cover the cumulative October 2, 9 and 16 weekly submission cadence.
- Advanced Fruits Inc 3 through Player Fit testing of fruitsinc0051.zip and fruitsinc0052.zip and analysis of the opening progression. Latest 0052 average session was 120.8 seconds; small tail gains do not establish a reliable win.
- Advanced Peggy’s Party’s multi-activity/styling experiment and reviewed results, then parked the project on October 18 based on the evidence and Túlio’s assessment. Preserve learning and history; parking is an allocation decision.
- Advanced My Pet Shop’s entry-conversion work and prepared the delayed START pointing-hand candidate for human build and validation.
Risks
- Planned CrazyGames baseline submissions were not completed; retain them as carryover without automatically committing next week.
- Fruits Inc event/build attribution and incomplete exports limit conclusions about the latest changes.
- My Pet Shop’s remaining preparation-to-gameplay dropoff and technical/comprehension guardrails still require validation.
- Starting Animal Shards Alchemy alongside Fruits Inc and Tapps creates capacity risk; bound the initial scope.
Follow-ups
- Keep Fruits Inc the main development priority: review available evidence, choose a focused next improvement, and advance the next test candidate.
- Reduce Tapps pace to one new submission next week, plus continued My Pet Shop work toward a second Web Fit.
- Define Animal Shards Alchemy’s core loop and first playable scope, then begin a small initial implementation.
- Keep Peggy parked; remove the stale recommendation to build or submit another Peggy candidate.
- Keep unfinished CrazyGames work visible as carryover rather than an automatic October 19–25 commitment.
